Cheers to 50 years

Members of the Class of 1968 spent two fun-filled days in April reliving their time on campus. The weekend began with a cocktail reception Friday evening at TU’s Auburn House, where classmates toasted to five decades as alumni.

Saturday, the group had a luncheon in the Minnegan Room during the men’s lacrosse game against the University of Delaware. After taking a class picture, the group boarded a bus for a campus tour to see how much growth has happened since their student days.

The class also came together to make a generous gift to the James R. Saxon ’68 Memorial Scholarship Endowment Fund. To date, they have raised $56,329.
